Rooftop Revelry

Don’t you just love when something old is new again? That was my take away when I attended the May 3rd soft opening of Ozio’s new roof deck. Although recognized as DC’s first Martini and cigar lounge in the late 90s and a major player in the bar scene in the years that followed, Ozio’s allure has since waned as new venues have opened throughout the city.

So when I heard the owners were reinvigorating the space with a new roof deck, I was intrigued. You all know I’m a sucker for DC rooftop bars and Ozio lives up to the hype. The space rocks!  Boasting a 300-person capacity, climate-controlled roof deck with a retractable roof, DJ booth, dual bars, smoking rooms and table service, Ozio is again, the hot spot in town. I look forward to returning for future rooftop revelry soon.  Be sure to check out the space soon!
